MAC (Museo de Arte Contemporaneo)

I visited tha MAC today's evening and there was a new exposition from the artist Totte Mannes, I really liked the collections because she expresses her daily life situations over the canvas but not in a conventional way, she uses different shapes like circles, waves, ovals, triangles, rectangles and squares.
Some of the collections were waves, leaves, "collecionist" and some others.

The following photographs are from the wave's collection, she started with this collection when her son went to visit Venice, Italy because she really missed her son.

I Hate My Shirt

I Hate My Shirt by Anthony Bourdain

Hi everybody! This post is basically about Anthony's new book named "MEDIUM RAW", and  he tells us that he has been interviewed about 60 times and every time he answered tha same questions in the same way, but suddenly he started talking about a trip on Paris with his wife, his daughter and Eric Ripert. He remembered his little daughter's fist pony rideand when she ate a lobster that she named "Sebastian" like the friend of The Little Mermaid. Finally he wrote that Paris was a great experience for everything.

Personally I liked this post because you always have a good thing to say someone.

Thanks for reading! :)

GRACIAS!

GRACIAS!

This post by Anthony Bourdain I consider it awesome, because it really shows his why so many people like him. He thanks in this post to all the people that helped him on his trip, that without this persons the show could not be done. He also wanted to sorry to all the persons who waited for hours and hours only to have a photo with him and a hurried signature. I really appreciate what he is doing because he deserves respect from all the persons that watch his show.
Finally he wrote: " Whatever `worked` last week–whatever it was you liked (or didn’t like)?
Let’s try something else." Personally I really like this because it helped me to take in account many things that I have not considered in my whole life.

Higher Education

Higher Education by Anthony Bourdain

When I first saw the name of the blog I thought that it would be about schools or things like that, but when I started reading it, the post really called my attention.
The post is about food, it shows us that even the simply thingsthat we "prepare" -like hamburgers, omelets andmany other dishes- many people prepare it different but if you really do with passion and with some changes of the way of cooking you will habe a completely different flavor.
There is an important thing I learned with this post, if you do something, whatever it is, do it with all your dedication and passion, and you will notice the changes.

Museums

Last week my classmates and I were to downtown in order to visit different museums, but we centeres on the "Museo de la Mascara" and "Museo de Arte Contemporaneo" (MAC), the first one was awesome because on it we can found a diversity of masks of different places and historical periods of our country. In my opinion I consider this museum of the best ones that we have in Mexico.

But unfortunatelly the MAC was closed so we could not observe the art that is present on it.
